For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, there are no customs duties. All prices are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

Customers outside the European Union
For orders shipped to countries outside European Union, delivery duties are included and will be calculated at the checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

RETURNS

We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date of your purchase, we won't be able to accept your return request. We do not accept returns for fur/ padded/ down coats and/or jackets and its kind.
